Thanks for the good suggestions. Gonna sound stupid but what can I do for the hour before bed with no screen time? I’m so used to scrolling on TikTok or on here

I feel you! I’m having a lot of trouble with my screen time lately. But generally, what I like to do during my “no screen time” is read a book or have a little stretching session in my pjs before bed while putting a soothing music and lighting some candles. I’m personally not big on meditation, but that’s something you could do. Having a shower before bed time is apparently also great to improve your sleep.
Not sure if this counts as “screen time”, but just listening to music while laying in bed could be quite relaxing

Thank you yeah, I definitely want to read more before bed and I think listening to music with dim lighting/ candles could be good too ☺️ I Just definitely want to get my screen time down by a lot
