No amount of wealth is worth losing your mind and health over. I’ve learned that the hard way a couple times

I like to think there's always a bit of motivation there, otherwise why are you doing it? Surely if you enjoy doing something the act of doing it is motivating, sometimes.

I realized it in sport, where i always needed motivation to go to the gym... one buff friend told me if i can only go to the gym with motivation, it won't end successfully. You have to go even when you are extremely unmotivated, that's the point you want to reach...

What about self identity?

Motivation =I feel like/ don’t feel like doing it… Discipline= I MUST do it… Self Identity= “I don’t know, it’s just what I do. It is a part of who I am.”
