Smoking hard drugs is a bad decision. Doing a number of illegal activities is a bad decision. There are plenty of bad decisions.

Why are those bad decisions? Who says they are bad decisions? How do you know what a bad decision is if you don’t know what the outcome of said “bad decision” is?

The typical outcomes decide they're bad decisions. Jail time, health issues, or just death. Those are obviously bad outcomes that more often than not come from these decisions. I've seen it plenty of times in my friends and relatives.
