Yo OP, I tried to first disable all the notification on all social media because I didn't want to delete them as they were handy for communication sometime. After disabling everything I realized that my phone was boring as fuck now and I only checked on it when needed.

I believe this is less cold turkey and works pretty well for focusing on tasks.
