There are no abnormally low temperatures in Odessa.
In winter, the maximum minus can be 10-15 degrees Celsius with rare exceptions.
Good thermal underwear completely solves this problem.

Well yes. I wasn't worried about your subjects though: I'm sure they are well protected from the cold.
