Knowing exactly where the pipes, wires, and ducts are may prove invaluable some day, and even if you never use them the next owner will appreciate it. by Needleroozer

I wanted this, along with CAT 7 in the walls instead of CAT 5E, but they literally wouldn't let me add, change, or suggest anything.
