You can accomplish a lot with merely a 10 minute workout. If you try to bite off a long workout, like 60 minutes at the gym you have to drive to, you are much less likely to find the fortitude to keep that up each day. But a 10 minute workout is easy to add to your daily routine. Make it a habit. Use your OCD to keep that streak going!
