What exactly are you talking about "worrying if you have enough time to get to the exit"?

I don't understand, what if you don't "have enough time" to get to the exit? What then, magic carpet?

By the time you've counted to 90, there's a good chance you'll have missed your exit.

Alternate LPT: if you're afraid you'll be late, drive faster.

LPT: If you're traveling on a highway and are worrying if you have enough time to get to the exit, 1 mile at 60mph gives you 60 seconds. You can count down in your head. Going slower, you have more time. Faster, you have less time.
