It’s more egalitarian but if you’re only looking out for yourself I guess advice that benefits everyone isn’t for you

Never happened in any meeting I attended that this would be suggested - woman taking notes. There was always a designated person or a rotation between everyone.

Oh I do this all the time. Then make sure to say ok minutes over and pass your notes and pen to the right or left
