I used to be known for liking chess. People have gifted me novelty chessboards several times in my life... *sigh* Don't.... don't buy novelty chessboards for people. Never in my life have I ever seen a novelty chessboard that was fucking reasonably playable. Not in person, not online.

They're terrible.
