I recently had 2nd knee surgery and surgeon said arnica gel was showing good results on speeding healing. I used it and def seemed to make bruise yellow earlier than my 1st surgery when I didn’t use it.

Same. I had pretty bad bruising after mine and the arnica was incredibly helpful.
