I notice this all the time, especially in social settings, but I have yet to figure out a way to point it out without damaging my own reputation with whichever group we're in.

Give them your own suitable times and let them choose. "I'm available Monday afternoon, Wednesday between 10 and 12, and Friday morning. Would one of those times work for you?"

If they say "whenever," then just pick a time that works best for you...seems pretty easy to deal with. The other person is letting you schedule whatever you're doing whenever you want. Why would you be upset about that?

If someone says "whenever" and then keeps shutting down your suggestions because they're busy, then they're a douche but just saying, "whenever" because you have an open schedule is absolutely fine.
