Anyone in the Lowell area with a drone willing to help? This guy is missing and his sister is hoping to find someone with a drone to look along the river’s edge. It's good to see more photos of someone to get a clearer picture. I see a lot of folks on the street between where I live and work. So I am keeping my eye open. Also he's 5'10" so not a short person.
