I lived in Maine until I was 29 and never saw a walrus. Lots of seals, moose, bats, bears, Stephen King, deer, turkeys, rabbits, etc

Must have sold a tusk to move into an apartment in Portland, but I guess that's enough. Good for them

I've been living here for 20+ years and I've never seen a walrus. Best I can do is a groundhog or two that used to invade my old neighbor's lawn like no tomorrow.
