I’ve experienced many deep psychedelic journeys (including a few dozen psilocybin), trained as a guide, and integration coach, advocated for policy reform at the state/fed, and prepared to guide trips when ‘things’ change. I attribute self-medicating micro-dosing and deep Psilocybin journeys to my healing from PTSD and depression as a combat veteran. I’ve found peace, happiness, & joy from this medicine - and zen weekly hope you find the same.
