Look up The Cascades. The trails where in a fair amount of disrepair the last theme I was there, but that was about 10 years ago.

There's the Saco Heath you could check out. Lovely views. Cascade Fall Park as well.

Definitely Saco Heath and Cascade Falls; and Fuller Farm is another nice one. If you're looking for hikes with elevation, you need to travel a bit further (either south to Agamenticus or northwest to the Fryeburg area).

A few people have mentioned the Saco Heath. It is a scenic trail worth checking out and also relatively easy. However there are no dogs allowed. Cascade Falls was also mentioned. It’s kind of a short hike with a beautiful waterfall and the pooches are welcome. If your looking for something a little more challenging and dog friendly you could head over to Biddeford and check out Clifford Park. For more trails check out the AllTrails app. Happy hiking!

Fuller Farms will be perfect for you. It’s technically Scarborough but close to Saco, it’s a hiking area that is incredibly dog friendly. Most people have their dogs off leash there. Like a huge dog park.

Not exactly a "hike", but the trails at ferry Beach state park are nice.

Fuller farm is Scarborough is VERY dog friendly with varied terrain and even a great spot for dogs to splash in the river. Also the Eastern Trail is a easy walk and leashed dogs are welcome. I recommend the Alltrails app. I have found so many great places all over Southern Maine using this app.

Clifford Park in Biddeford is actually a lot bigger than I expected the first time I hiked it. The back trails are really nice and quiet for being so close in town.

The Sewell system on Ash Swamp Road is quite small, but a pleasant meander.
