Ya, nothing to see here, no clear cut exploitation or anything... I mean they gave the drivers the choice of when to have there wages stolen and be denied overtime.

Then they are free to go apply for a job at one of the thousands of places looking for employees. Nobody was ever forced to become an Uber driver, and nobody makes them stay.

Ubers business model is to exploit people not making enough where they are at. You should watch "The Gig is Up" sometime, you might not be so quick to carry water for them if you were aware of how shitty they treat the "contractors".
