Trick or treating near LA?

It's gonna be my son's first year trick or treating and I want to take him somewhere nice. Anyone have any recommendations for quiet, nice neighborhoods in or near Lewiston?

Check out trunk or treat events in the area? I know some areas have already done this (like emcc in Bangor did theirs this past weekend) or see if the local schools have posted anything (my area is closing a couple streets down, except to people leaving/going home and those with mobility issues) so the kids can walk and not have to worry about cars.

Peter Geiger does a Halloween thing ever year in Lewiston. You will need a special password to enjoy the festivities...located at the Geiger Bros. Plant off Lincoln Street...last year over 1700 attended

Davis Ave area in Auburn Maine is a fantastic neighborhood with tons of kids and lots of decorations on all the houses. They go all out!
