It's interesting that the price of boneless chicken breasts is holding quite steady @ $2.00 a pound. Shouldn't one expect the price to rise proportionately?
Note: New England sale prices.

Check out the dispensaries. They can fix you up with at least one of the two.

The Gendron "families" already own or control most of Lewiston and Auburn. Their influence reaches much further than the property they own. If David doesn't want the property, it's because the hazard waste disposal costs will outweigh the potential profits.

While in the area, head on down to Mackerel cove, one of the most photographed and painted sights on the Maine coast. You will have to travel over the renowned and world's only granite cribstone bridge in order to get there.

Brokers charge +/- 6%...that's 18k on a 300k house. Check out the Maine MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com to get a feel for the market...work directly with the listing agency and negotiate their commission. After a relatively slow fall and winter, agencies can be flexible.

I would suggest that you use the EAP as a last resort. Although there all kinds of privacy polices in place, don't be surprised if your concerns are somehow leaked to your manager.

Mr. Wigit builds an apartment as an addition to an existing structure at a total cost of 150k. He borrows the money at a 7.00% fixed rate for 30 years...his payments are approx. $1000 a month w/o other expenses. He would like to make at least a 10% profit on the project ....so he decides that $1500 month would be a fair price....yes or no?

How exactly do you build affordable apartments without a government subsidy and make the effort profitable?
