Affordable apartment available February 1st in downtown Camden. $950 a month with heat included. Walkable to everything downtown!

EDIT WITH MORE DETAILS: $950 w/ heat and hot water included. Large studio apartment with all new plumbing and appliances. Laundry in the building. It's less than a year old. Current tenant is a friend who got a job in Portland and is trying to end his lease early. Quiet neighbors. Right by French and Braun. Best view in the area for Christmas by the Sea. I don't know how landlord feels about posting pictures online, but I can email them to someone who's earnestly interested. Please share!

Unfortunately, I’d be very surprised if you could find that in Camden.

Seriously interested. Would 2 Esa cats be accepted? They use pellets and are trained and fixed. I'm fully employed with a reputable, local company. Please let me know. Thank you

Even if he was a landlord heaven forbid he rent out a nice studio at a fair price … I think the massive corporations buying homes by the thousands should be the ones drawing your ire

Totally misdirected anger. I have rented my entire life. Just from private attentive individuals. My current landlord is kinda dense, but he takes care of the place the best he knows.

People always forget landlords are business owners. And just like business owners, there are good landlords and bad ones. Lots of bad landlords but also lots of good ones too.

Saying they're all bad is a stupid generalization.

$950 for a studio... Let's not confuse "slightly below market" with fair...

I’m trying to sublet my friends apartment so his landlord lets him out of his lease. He got a new job. Nice try tho!
