kinda nutty a restaurant that good exists in…lisbon fucking falls? no place in lewiston comes close to rivaling it.

TBF, Fishbones is pretty legit as well (though I haven't been there since COVID started so maybe they fell off).

i had a prepackaged demi glace over sirloin, spent portland prices, got rumford quality. only been there once tho

They've definitely fallen off. Even prior to 2020. Was one of my favorites, but now just meh.
