Nah, it’s ridiculous the community keeps putting up with this type of behavior… what happened to making your stuff before selling it..

It is a group buy, We ran this type of sale some years ago (2015), And I always do my duty, change or refund. If the customer request, we change them one by one and cover 2-way shipping when the keycap has a problem. Many teams in this hobby run their business like this. I hope you can understand for us.

It’s not specifically against you. Your products are lovely. It’s just the way the entire hobby works and the community putting up with it that’s frustrating sometimes..

While that works for larger companies with a lot of spare cash (and those companies should do it), smaller companies or individuals don’t have the ability to do so. This way they can scale the manufacturing order off the group buy, and not end up with a bunch of debt and products that didn’t sell.
