No, it's a T shaped intersection with a grass median and a asphalted bit for pedestrians to cross the street, although it's not an official crossing.

Either a roundabout? Or a āTā cross? Well I donāt know how to name in it in English but it just means that you have to go on the right side of the āislandā and not on the left :S
