Just to add some of my preferences: use the same switch but with heavier springs on keys that you’ll likely hit harder (spacebar and enter). This way, these keys will feel relatively consistent with other switches. For shifts, if you have a weak pinky finger then putting in lighter springs in would help a lot.

I use silents on space bars. Still kinda loud though but not as loud as a regular switch I suppose

if you're asking if there's a best switch to use with stabs, i think it really depends, i know some people enjoy a linear/long pole on their spacebar while others are just going to use the same switch across the entire board - there's no objective best
