It's my first proper premium board as well and I love mine!

The way that olive row matches the top of the mouse too. So satisfying

That is a very satisfying looking keyboard. I'm a fan of 75% keyboards in general. What switches did you go with?

That is cool. When I set my keyboard up, I just went with Glorious Pandas because they seemed to be one of the default well-liked tactile switches at the time. I also tried Azure Dragons but the pandas won out in the end.

But what you've named, the salmons and the boba u4ts, are the two tactile switches that I'm most interested in currently. I have a solder-only board that's set up with heavy linears on them. I'm debating making the effort to swap all of the switches on that out for salmons. I'm really curious about what difference a long pole switch would make to the feel of typing.

Great look. How thick are Resonance keycaps?

IMHO, it's one of the best-looking sets from PBTfans so far. Currently, I‘m building a keeb for my dad with them. Now I'm torn between admiring the classic look and not being willing to part with them in the end. 😅

I've got a Bubble75 too and it's an amazing board, love your set. Looks beautiful!

Looks fantastic! I really love layout like this but onr thing I that is really putting off is the lack of a dedicated Fn key (the 3 mod keys usually sit on the right of spacebar). The program I’m using usually use a combination like alt+ctrl+a numpad key (must be numpad, not num row) and I cant think of how to do that without a dedicated Fn key. May I ask which key you assign to be the fn key? I also need to access to both alts and ctrls so I cant really map them to be anything else.

Looks really nice. Been looking at that set to put on a green QK75 as well, nice to see it in the wild!

Be cool if you could customise the colourway of the mouse to match.

I recently built a QK60 with some salmons. So far they feel great, also I like the deeper sound of them compared to the glorious pandas. They feel snappier because of the dual stage spring and the long pole. Salmons are a go for sure.

This is why I use mostly TKLs. For work, I use most of the F-row, along with home, end, pgup, pgdown, delete. I like having my media keys readily available on the main layer (mute, volup, voldn), so 75% layouts just don't have enough keys for me without resorting to additional layers.

If you don't need the f-row keys, you can program one of those as a Fn key.

Bobas can be left as stock as most of the switches don't have ping (very few have). But I like them lubed for the feel. I would not use 205g0 for them though. Tried that and ruined the switches once. The salmons don't come factory lubed from what I recall so lubing them is recommended
