Thanks for the info and I will try that. I did use all the sheets and foam. The cable is an Anker cable.

Let me know if it works to resolve the issue or not. Based on your other comment, it sounds more like the firmware on it became corrupted instead of killing the board. Good chance a reflash can resolve at least the keys not working.

Just to follow up, I did reflash the board but didn't fix the problem. I e-mailed Graystudio and they are supposed to be sending me a new PCB.
