Find new musicians and move on.

From my experience, I always stay buds but I start jamming with other peeps. If theyre your legit friends, they wont get butthurt. If they get upset, move on.

One of my biggest mistakes was waiting for other people . You have to go out and find musicians that are on the same wave length as you.

Starting a band is starting a relationship. You gotta make sure there’s chemistry and desire to want the same thing

I'll tell you what you don't want to do is get old and have all your friends start getting married and having kids.

A tough part is just getting people out of their houses. I'd suggest always jamming at the drummers house since moving the drums is always the biggest hurdle to getting the band together. But yeah, it's tough, and it doesn't get any easier as you get older.

You don't replace them, they aren't machinery. You just move on. But I notice you were posting 10 days ago about needing gear for your new band, now you're calling them trash?
