are the reviews claiming its a roach/mice/ant infested apartment legit?

I don’t have any roaches or mice. There’s mad ants though yeah. I also live on the top floors though so that might change things. I’ve seen dead roaches in the basement.

that was my biggest worry with the apartments else they seem very reasonable priced for the location
