It goes for any group. Boomers are this, Millennials are that. It's just faulty thinking to attack a group for the actions of a few of its members. I see it a lot on Reddit.

I wouldn't use that example, though. Every generation agrees the boomers have been terrible. You'll hear FAR less complaints about gen z from millennial or Gen X from Gen Z, etc. The odd joking whinge about clothing or shit like grandma is probably talking about.
