It’s weird he has a Colorado emissions sticker that we used at the time, but he’s in Woody Creek which is Pitkin county and they didn’t do emissions testing.

I think there was emissions testing briefly somewhere around 1999-2002. Then they figured out it wasn't feasible on the western slope.

Ah, I didn’t know they tried that, but it makes sense. I was happy when they retired those stickers.
