Woooow... who in the fuck can endorse this kind of stuff? Okay, so what if you have an issue with SNAP, but now even the food pantries are going to have less supplies??? Those agencies are important! They often provide disaster relief. So what happens if a storm rolls through PA and folks can't get food?
Also, on another note, who is responsible for gutting these programs? I need specifics so I know who to [Removed by Reddit].

The consolidated appropriations act of 2023 is the law. So, both senate and congress as a whole passed it.
