Unfortunately, legalizing isn't solving the problem in Colorado. I'm not saying, don't legalize... I'm saying, legalization didn't solve this particular problem.

Those are unregulated products. That stuff doesn't happen in the PA MMJ program because it is highly regulated and grown locally.
