I did mine January 2nd and just got the title and registration from DCNR about a week ago. The notary told me DCNR side was slow but the registration and title came the same day, right around 6 weeks. She said I could call back and she could check how far along the paperwork was, but I think that was for DCNR only since I had temporary stickers on my plate.

Not worried about the registration or plates, just the title. But that timeline matches up with what the notary said, and will essentially be a week late for what I need it to be.

Although I'm sure things ebb and flow, so who knows, I might still have hope for 5 weeks vs 6.
