If you're willing to drive a bit, lancaster has several good Mexican restaurants

I noticed! I loved grabbing middle eastern food in Phoenix and we found some in Lancaster. Super happy about that.

Yep. Lots of refugees will do that.

We went to Lancaster this weekend for the market! We ate at Cocina Mexicana. It was actually really really good. The closest I’ve found so far.

Definitely willing to drive! We had to take our dog to an urgent care vet in Lancaster and I finally found some Boba there.

If you're in Lancaster Co, I would highly recommend heading over to the smorgasbord in Bird in Hand. There's nothing really like PA Dutch cooking

I keep hearing that. What is PA Dutch cooking?

Pennsylvania Dutch, those are the Amish and the Mennonite. Some of the most delicious fried chicken, shoo-fly pie, chow chow, whoopee pies, pot pies, and so much more. Just be careful driving around the countryside there, lots of horse and buggies. They'll have red reflective triangles.
