The reason I don't want to go to Philly is because of the crime rates. Would love to know your recommendations for handpoke artists.

Just know the neighborhood the studio is in. Most of them, especially the good ones, are in completely safe areas.

m&m tattooing in thorndale/downingtown! not sure if they do handpokes, but they do great work! my mom has quite a few tattoos from them, and i plan on getting one from them in the near future as well.
