IIRC there's a decent halal food truck and also a restaurant close to the Capitol in Harrisburg. But Oz is running for U.S. Senate so he'd be in DC those times he's not at his mansion in New Jersey.

There are muslims in a lot of cities, I'm sure Harrisburg has Halal restaurants, also I'm pretty sure he's secular and may not observe diet restrictions anyway
