What do you mean "dropped off in your own county"? Mine came with an envelope so I put a stamp on it and mailed it. I actually mailed it from NJ where I work, no problems, got the confirmation that it was received.

Too late to mail it so I wanted to use one of the drop off options, but because of school I won’t be in my county of residence. That’s why I was wondering if I could drop it off in a different county.
