Yokohama on south 29th street. I know they have noodle dishes, but I’m not entirely sure if they specifically have ramen though. It’s an Asian fusion place.

I don’t think Harrisburg has a specifically Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen. Lived there for 10+ years and I never found one.
