So what are the odds of it actually changing once the dems take office? Cause don't the republicans still hold the PA House?

But their actions and inactions will be more exposed. It will be fun watching legislation be passed in the house and then shut down in the Senate. If it doesn’t change after that, we’ll, you can’t fix stupid.
