I really wish every vehicle came with a glass shattering hammer and seat belt cutter tool velcro’d to the driver’s seat just behind where a driver’s calves are - as standard equipment.

Nah, we're still here. Just bc they did their job with this woman, what they're paid to do, doesn't mean systemically there isn't a huge issue with their unprofessional (to say the very least) behaviors towards minorities as a whole.

Millions of interactions and thousands of arrests every year, 98% of arrests requiring no use of force. Like all things racial, oversimplification is the enemy. Are there bad cops? Racist cops? Of course. Are all of them bad? Or racist? Definitely not. Like any system, policing and the courts can use improvement. To paint all police with a Derek Chauvin brush is not accurate.
