On the flip side, I live about 10 minutes from the bucks county line in Montgomery county. The town I live in is 8 miles from a major bucks county town but yet my housing is 25% less and crime is lower my commute to work is 12.5 miles and takes me 25 minutes

I don’t know anyone who commutes into Philly, other than my wife once a week on the train. Our friends work remotely or locally, a couple in NJ. Crime has not been an issue. A neighbor was arrested for DUI. An elderly woman in a nursing home had her house broken into. A friend’s house was burglarized while they were out. His neighbor said he heard glass breaking but didn’t call the police. What are neighbors for?

Bro I’m not sure where you’re living but I’ve left my car keys in the cup holder and my windows down overnight a few times, came out the next morning and it was all still there. Then again my towns population is like 3k
