I do, its way more of a pain in the ass to have to manually enter all that info instead of scanning the docs that the cust has the responsibilty to provide to you.

True it takes longer but they are allowed to present those documents in digital form. Call your qoa they will tell ya that

I thought that insurance card was digital or paper but registration is paper no matter what. I’ve had my pa inspection license since 2011.

Do you need to keep a photocopy of it with your paperwork (the inspector)? In that case, I see no difference in say, getting it via email and printing it vs. making a copy. I appreciate you not wanting to have to do more work, nobody likes that. Ultimately I think it was a real stupid decision by the state to no longer mail you a copy. Of all the ways they could save a buck that was literally the worst way.
