I can suggest my go to is Gansett Wraps.. multiple locations.. bread, amaroso quality, gooey cheese (not whiz sorry) mixed in the steak with the onions, quality meat, definitely not greasy. I know good cheese steaks. I lived in Philly for 5 years.
