Teaching at a Uni. That's a step up from the normal secondary in used to but I will give it a look. I speak and teach Cantonese and Mandarin

Just start tutoring kids/adults on your own. Put up listings/ads and build a client base. You don't need to work for someone, and you'll make way more money

Thank you for the suggestion. Back in Hong Kong, you need a license to tutor and while I was tutoring English there I wish to teach Chinese here. It is my only defining skill is to be a teacher.
