Yep if you have an android you can even fake your position to watch out of network NFL games, I've been doing it for a while to watch Browns games.

I’m a huge Bills fan. Last season, P+ allowed you go in and change your zip code and watch that market’s local CBS station, allowing me to watch the Bills. I never changed it back. However, they have sinced stopped this feature, but my account still registers as Buffalo. I’m afraid to ever change it or end my subscription lol

If you have an android phone look up mock location. Takes about 5 minutes to set up and you're good.
