i have the same issue - until you guys can show me ONE app that gives me ALL my shows and local news and dvr and works EXACTLY like cable - i will NEVER ditch cable - idc about netflix or any of that bs - i just want to watch my shows! ALL of them exactly the way i do now. press power theres the tv and theres the guide and my dvr - i hear roku and youtube tv are good but i dont understand - im an insurance person 😂-if i still need to buy internet from verizon than whats the difference?

I use and enjoy hulu tv. All the local channels and basic cable.

Even Animal Planet and Investigation Discovery! I think it's ~$70/mo, but still cheaper than any of the cable around me and you get all of hulu. Check out available channels-- https://www.hulu.com/live-tv
