I saw something similar the other day. 3 state troopers escorting 8 blacked out Grey hound type busses up 95 North near downtown. Odd.

I’d bet that was the Patriots or another sports team coming in from the airport. This was different—motorcade but didn’t see any cars behind them? and also saw cops on motorcycles stopping cars on the ramps, etc.
