Ive heard electricians complain about blown-in insulation. My understanding for external walls, is RISE will blow in from outside through the shingles. How will this affect any future electrical upgrades I need to do? I believe my house has knob and tube

If your home has knob and tube, they cannot insulate. An licensed electrician has to certify that there is no knob and tube (RISE will send you the certification form).
