Was valuable to have the audit and talk to someone knowledgeable as they walk through the house. My attic needs insulation but is pulled high with junk from the last 50 years, which is not practical to clear out during winter time. Kinda put my ability to act on hold. The report/proposal was helpful in that it gave you the cost and the expected time to record the investment.
