Not 5g. Probably 4 or 3g. These microcells are everywhere. They bridge the gap or dead spots towers can't cover.

But all jokes aside these Are anti-emp shields, protecting our grid from nuclear threat. That's why we don't make transformers anymore for our vast electrical grid, we don't need them
